Coronavirus Update

July 2021 Update - As the Delta variant cases continue to rise in line with general infection rates, we would like to reassure our customers we are commited to continuing our operations to prvide your pet's with their veterinary medicines. This does mean, that despite lockdown easin we will maintain strict Covid Secure measures at all times.

Our number one priority, continues to be the safety of our staff who have been working tirelessly since March to process your orders. We are maintaining stringent measures in line with health and safety protocols to provide a Covid Secure work environment. This includes regular, thorough hand washing, hand sanitisation and disinfection of work surfaces.

When will I get my order?

Due to the above measures and an increase in demand for our service, we do estimate that deliveries of veterinary medicines may take up to 72 hours longer than our normal service.

Customer Support

Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on offering a full telephone order service in addition to our online and email services.

However, we are currently operating a reduced telephone service. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 10am - 11am and 3pm - 4pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm. If your call is not of an urgent nature, or you have the facility to place you order online or email us with a query, please consider the use of these options. If you do need to call us, we will do our very best to answer your call as soon as possible but please be patient if we are busy. 


If you are currently awaiting a refund, please be assured that we will process this as soon as possible, but it may take a little longer than usual.
