Our thoughts are very much with you, your families and loved ones (including furred and feathered!) as we all try to navigate these difficult times.

Here at, our number one priority is the safety of our staff who continue to come into work during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to process your orders. For many weeks we have introduced stringent measures in line with the World Health Organisation guidelines, to ensure best practice in health and safety. This includes regular, thorough hand washing, hand sanitisation and disinfection of work surfaces.

When will I get my order?

We are currently experiencing an abnormally high level of online and telephone orders. Our team and extended support services (couriers, suppliers etc.) are working tirelessly to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. However, in the interest of maintaining a safe working environment for our team, we do estimate that deliveries of veterinary medicines may take up to 72 hours longer than our normal service.

However, we are currently experiencing an unprecedented number of calls; therefore, we are currently not operating a telephone order service.
