Coronavirus Update

January 2021 Update - Following the announcement of a further lockdown in England from 5th January, we want to reassure you we will continue to operate and provide veterinary medicines for your pet. Our thoughts are will all the individuals and businesses who are being adversely affected by this lockdown and by Covid itself. 

Dear Customers

Our number one priority, continues to be the safety of our staff who have been working tirelessly since March to process your orders. We are maintaining stringent measures in line with health and safety protocols to provide a Covid Secure work environment. This includes regular, thorough hand washing, hand sanitisation and disinfection of work surfaces.

When will I get my order?

Due to the above measures and an increase in demand for our service, we do estimate that deliveries of veterinary medicines may take up to 72 hours longer than our normal service.

Customer Support

Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on offering a full telephone order service in addition to our online and email services.

However, we are currently operating a reduced telephone service. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday, 10am - 1pm and Saturdays 9am - 1pm. If your call is not of an urgent nature, or you have the facility to place you order online or email us with a query, please consider the use of these options. If you do need to call us, we will do our very best to answer your call as soon as possible but please be patient if we are busy. 

Refunds

If you are currently awaiting a refund, please be assured that we will process this as soon as possible, but it may take a little longer than usual.
