300-600kg = 3 scoops AM, 3 scoops PM
>600kg = 4 scoops AM, 4 scoops PM.
Maintenance Dose
<300kg = 1 scoop per day
300-600kg = 1-2 scoops per day
>600kg = 2 scoops per day.
